Ikenna Charles Kameje, the driving forces behind the Dextra Homes International Limited is a graduate of University of Nigeria Nsukka from which he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geoinformatics and Surveying.
Besides qualifying as a professional Surveyor, he is also a qualified Geoinformatics Analyst.
With the rising demand of digital technology environment, he has earned additional skills and expertise in visual creative direction and graphic design.
Ikenna indeed has become a thoroughbred, multidisciplinary professio nal having garnered extensive hands-on experience from OTIC Surveys Limited and Resinna Ventures, a key player in the Real Estate industry.
From this wealth of experience, he intends to bring a dynamic approach to Real Estate property marketing as well as Mortgage Brokerage and advisory services to prospective clients and customers alike

Mr Stephen Mba Okoronkwo, the Chairman of Dextra Homes International Limited is a quitessential professional with over two decades of post graduation experience.
He is a graduate of both Osun College of Technology and Yaba College of Technology from which he earned the Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
He is a member of the prestigious Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveyors, his other qualifications include; Advanced Certificate in Construction Management, Certificate in Interior Design and Decorations as well as AXELOS UK Prince Foundation Certificate in Project Management.
For careers, Mr Okoronkwo spent over two decades in the construction industry, working for Cappa & D’Alberto PLC starting in 2004 as Materials Estimator, Pioneer HOD Procurement Department and leaving in 2020 as a Quantity Surveyor.
Leaving Cappa & D’Alberto Plc, his entrepreneurial passion led him to establish Skatenee Investment Limited which he runs as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
He brings not only technical expertise but also wealth of corporate experience in driving the affairs of the company
Mr Okoronkwo is happily married and blessed with children.
